Payment & Registration Form

Registration is a two step process:

1. Registration Form: complete and submit the form below.
2. Tuition Fees Payment: This must be done separately. You can use the PayPal payment button to complete the fees payment.

Note: PayPal payment will add a 5% service tax for processing. You can use Credit/Debit Card option with PayPal.

Terms and Conditions

1. Service Interruption: If a payment is missed, services will be stopped immediately. To avoid interruptions, it is the client's responsibility to ensure all fee payments are made promptly as per the schedule provided.
2. Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable. We believe in the value we provide and are proud of our 100% success rate in helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
3. Payment Schedule: Detailed payment schedules and due dates are provided in the table below. It is the client's responsibility to adhere to these dates to maintain continuous service.
4. Communication: Clients will be notified of any changes to the payment schedule or terms and conditions via email. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their contact information is up to date. 
5. Service Scope: This fee payment covers only College Applications and Admissions Counseling services. It does NOT include the Research Program or any other programs offered through the Children's Innovation Center.
