Opening of Children’s Innovation Center
Newark, CA: On Friday, April 20th, 2018, Newark Mayor, Alan Nagy and Vice-Mayor, Michael Hannon attended the Grand Opening and Open House at the Children’s Innovation Center, located at 39155 Cedar Blvd, Newark, CA – 94560.
Children’s Innovation Center, a program of Green Kids Now, Inc. non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, addresses the gaps in our current K-12
academic curriculum, and brings transformational education accessible to our students through after-school programs and camps.
All workshops would follow their unique teaching framework. Each course is carefully formulated to build certain skillsets and prepares students for the Next Wave of Innovation. The current Digital era is the Fifth Wave of innovation. Children’s Innovation Center is the only place where students can learn about the Next Wave – Sixth Wave of Innovation and acquire the knowledge in those upcoming fields.
As Albert Einstein said, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it,” only learning the past science and engineering concepts does not provide us the ability to solve the problems created from those past knowledge. We need to build a higher level of consciousness and elevate our knowledge to become capable of bringing solutions to the big problems we face today.
All courses at the Children’s Innovation Center are structured to offer experiential and project-based learning with focus on social responsibility. It is also customized for the age groups – Upper Elementary, Middle School, and High School students. The classes are highly interactive, and very enjoyable!
Enroll your child/children and equip them with innovation and research skills.
